You are responsible for any purchases, renovations, or design decisions you make based on AI-generated suggestions. Rooma AI outputs are for inspiration only and should not replace professional architectural or design advice.

Rooma AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated designs, colors, furniture suggestions, and layouts may not match real-world materials, lighting, or dimensions. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular project. Always use your own judgment and consult professionals before making significant changes to your home.

Intellectual property

Rooma AI and its associated branding, code, and design are owned by Rooma AI. You retain ownership of any photos you capture and designs you generate using the app, but you grant us no rights to them. We do not access, store, or use your generated content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rooma AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, renovation costs, or reliance on AI-generated design suggestions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
